About Conference

The HKJCDPRI has organised its fifth "Annual Conference on Disaster Preparedness and Response". In the face of the prolonged pandemic and the growing threat of climate-disasters, we set the theme “reflect, recharge and rethink our way forwards” for the conference.

The conference was conducted in virtual mode for government officials, healthcare, social welfare and emergency planning professionals and practitioners locally and internationally to share experience and discuss the strategies of disaster risk reduction, preparedness, response and resilience building in view of emerging challenges and complexities from local, regional and global perspectives.
